The accreditation is in place. The venue is booked. Now you need learners who qualify and who stay.
An advert brings hundreds of applications, most of them from people who do not meet the entry requirements, and a fortnight of reading them. Seats filled by learners who leave in month two cost more than empty ones. The start date does not move.
We are not a SETA and we accredit nobody. We find and screen the learners; the qualification is yours.
How it works
Three steps from an intake to a class list.
- 01
You tell us the intake
The qualification, the NQF level, the number of seats, the venue and the start date. Fifteen minutes on a call. If we cannot fill it in the area you are training in, we say so on that call rather than after your deadline.
- 02
We screen for eligibility, not enthusiasm
Every learner is checked against the entry requirements of the qualification itself and against the criteria your funding carries. Each one comes back met, not met or unclear, with the evidence beside it.
- 03
Learners arrive with their documents
Three candidates per seat, one page each: eligibility breakdown, qualifications, screening notes, and the documents we have sighted. You interview and enrol.

What you can buy
Paid for by you. Never by the learner.
What a particular role costs is agreed with you in writing before any work starts, so there is nothing to pay for a conversation and nothing owed if you do not hire.
Shortlist Sprint
We source and screen for one role and send you a shortlist: a CV, a document checklist and screening notes for each person.
Start here. Lowest risk on a first order.
Filled Seats
A Sprint, plus interview and signing coordination, and we replace a signed candidate who leaves inside the agreed period.
If dropouts have cost you an intake before.
Cohort Supply
A standing pipeline for providers running several intakes a year.
After one Sprint has worked.
Brief us
Tell us about one intake.
One qualification, one start date, one shortlist. If we cannot fill it in your area, we will say so on the first call rather than take the order.
