The role is signed off. Then the applications arrive. Reading them is the part nobody budgets for.
Most will not meet the requirements you wrote, and finding the few who do is a week of somebody’s time. Then half of those cannot produce the certificate they claimed. The start date does not move.
How it works
Three steps from a brief to a shortlist.
- 01
You tell us the seat
The role, the NQF level, the area, how many seats. Ten minutes on a call. If we cannot fill it, we say so on that call.
- 02
We screen against your actual requirements
Each candidate is checked line by line against your advert’s own wording. Every requirement comes back met, not met or unclear, with the evidence beside it.
- 03
Three candidates per seat in ten working days
One page each: the fit breakdown, qualifications, experience, screening notes, documents sighted. You interview.

What you can buy
Paid for by you. Never by the candidate.
What a particular role costs is agreed with you in writing before any work starts, so there is nothing to pay for a conversation and nothing owed if you do not hire.
Shortlist Sprint
We source and screen for one role and send you a shortlist: a CV, a document checklist and screening notes for each person.
Start here. Lowest risk on a first order.
Filled Seats
A Sprint, plus interview and signing coordination, and we replace a signed candidate who leaves inside the agreed period.
If dropouts have cost you an intake before.
Cohort Supply
A standing pipeline for providers running several intakes a year.
After one Sprint has worked.
Screened Applicants
Tell us the role and we screen everyone who applies, so you only spend time on the ones worth interviewing.
Hiring one to five people.
Questions
What buyers ask us first.
If yours is not here, ask it on the form below. We would rather answer it now than have you find out after you have committed.
What does “screened” actually mean?
Six things, and nobody reaches a shortlist until all six are true: their profile is complete, there is a CV on file, they have agreed in writing to be sent to you, we have seen their ID and qualification documents, a person has spoken to them, and they have been matched to the role type. Separately, every requirement in your own advert is checked line by line and comes back met, not met or unclear.
How long does it take?
Ten working days from an agreed brief. The clock starts when we have the role, the requirements, the area and the start date — not when you first make contact. If we do not think we can fill the seat, we say so on the first call rather than ten days later.
What if you cannot find three?
You get the ones who genuinely fit, with a written reason the others are missing and what would change it: a wider area, a requirement dropped, or a higher rate. We would rather send a shorter list than a padded one. A third name added to make up the number costs you an interview slot and costs us the next order.
What if a candidate’s claims do not hold up?
Everything on a shortlist says how we know it. A document is marked sighted, with the date we saw it. A requirement comes back met, not met or unclear — and “unclear” is an answer we use rather than rounding it up. We do not assert what we have not checked, which is why a shortlist from us has “not met” on it. Your own verification at appointment still applies, and we would not want it any other way.
What if someone does not start, or leaves early?
Replacement terms are agreed in writing before we start work on a seat, not after something has gone wrong. What is covered differs by the kind of order — a one-off shortlist and a filled-seat arrangement do not carry the same cover — so it is set out in the agreement for your order and you know where you stand before you commit.
Do you keep copies of their ID and certificates?
No. We record that a document was seen, by whom and on what date — never an image of it. We do not hold originals and we keep no copies, so a breach of our systems cannot become an identity-theft problem for your candidates.
What does it cost?
Nothing for a conversation, and nothing if you do not hire. The fee is agreed in writing before any work starts on a seat. We do not publish a rate card because what a seat takes depends on the role and the area — we would rather quote the role you actually have than a number that turns out not to fit it.
Brief us
Tell us about one seat.
One role, one shortlist. If we cannot fill it, we will say so on the first call rather than take the order.
